Doug: I forgot to add, I welded bolts across my rear idlers on each
side to join them together, and I found that this actually made track
throwing worse, it threw a track just by pushing the tank along the
ground....needless to say the grinder came out pretty quick smart.

Our different findings may be due to the fact that, according to your
build pages, your track pads are "a little bit loose" on the chain
attachments, whereas mine are actually screwed up tight, in this way I
am relying on this tension to aid in keeping that two rows of chain
running aligned, maybe joining the rear idlers together removed a
crucial bit of "give" in my system which meant it couldn't cope,
anyway it seems to be running ok now.
