Our consortia got rid of display of the GMD years ago. The public services people felt that it confused patrons too much. Icons are used instead. Unfortunately, integrating resources get no icon, so those are not easily identified as online resources. On the other hand, there is a link at the top of the results (and another in the sidebar facets) to limit to things that are available online.
