Somebody was kind to you that specified those cells. Use a "Big Joe" type
manual forklift and bring the platform up to the battery height and slide
the cells out. Once near the ground you can just hand carry them.

Two people can wrestle those out, even from the top cells, but it is real
work. I use to do about 10k lbs of those in a day before being too
exhausted. We routinely do 18k lb Absolyte battery loads with four people
carrying the batteries from the helicopter landing zone and into the
building. Four people hustling it usually takes a bit over an hour.
