You are stuck between a rock and a hard place. You must have a computer that will run the OS in order to install it. With a MacBook, that means an OS that will operate with Intel Duo core and that pretty well eliminates everything but Tiger for Intel. To test on older OS's you'll need an older Mac with a G3 or G4 CPU.
