Agreed. There could be a win win in all this if RS get it right. Currently RS staff have to field a lot of questions on their forums, because the gurus here tend to avoid the forums. If a way can be found to make it easy for people to ask questions in a "categorised" fashion - while still allowing those questions to reach as many experienced RB users as possible - for example by automatically consolidating all the questions into just one list, then we will all benefit.
One idea I as I suggested before ) might be for RS to automatically place the forum category name at the beginning of the list subject. This would allow those who wish to "filter out" certain categories into separate folders in their email by using email rules, to separate out the questions, while still allowing everyone who just prefers to receive ALL questions irrespective of category - as a single list. This I believe would keep everyone happy and make sure as many questions find an answer.
