Really? Even the most basic Dreamhost account provides 2 terabytes of
bandwidth per month, and offers unlimited mailing lists (and running a
mailing list for a few thousand people is not going to tax their CPUs at
all).

I don't know how bandwidth intensive the RB-NUG is, but I'd be surprised if
it exceeds Dreamhost's capacity.

And why should we think that Charles' hosting provider, whoever that is, is
going to have better capacity and more willingness than Dreamhost?

(Just asking questions -- I don't have any preference for where the new
mailing list gets set up.)
