What is the application for the remote cameras?

I ask because if the application is security, you could use a video
server device with 1, 2, 4 inputs(BNC source) and some come with audio.

Then on the RB Client, you can use HTMLViewer control to login and
remotely control and view the video which depending on the server, it is
possible that the format is MPEG 4, MJPEG or other known format.

But the recomendation really depends on $$$ and what do you need to be
able to do.

This remote servers even come with the capability to control camera
Panning, Turning and such.

But a little more information and I could possibly give you more
information as to what you can use.
