Punched tape with a hand punch in 1954  ... simple, basic machine 
instructions ...
Ohhh the good old days:  2000 vacuum tubes and no air conditioning on 
a hot summer's day in Madison WI   ...  flying bugs in the high Anode 
voltage wires <:-|
