Looking at the form xml, wouldnt it be possible to create a preview helper app?
I mean, it would require work, but someone could build an app that can emulate the way RB renders on different platform and even check the app for errors or issues that may come up in the different platform. The app can be built to manage projects for RB and have a preview of what the form would look like on OSX, LINUX and such... wouldn't that be possible? -----Original Message----- From: "Norman Palardy" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "REALbasic NUG" <[email protected]> Sent: 5/2/2007 1:48 PM Subject: Re: [ot]Cross Plat Musings .. Maybe. I'm not the author I'd just like to be able to set per platform properties o control, etc so that I dont have to write code to shift controls around That would take one part of the hassle away from writing cross platform UI's _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html> _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html>
