1 - The Unified Toolbar, you know the issues with that.
2 - I can't select select multiple List-box rows in an RB List-box.
3 - REALbasic have no inbuilt Splitter.
4 - The "Mail-boxes" List-box to the left, In RB you must use  
Composite window, and then we know about all the random features.
5 - The REALbasic Toolbar, have no "Customize Toolbar"
Thats just 5 examples..

The discussion was use or not use plugins (or 3rd parity controls),  
And I am one of those that have bad experiences about that.
You know what happens to the WastePlugin, for me it was broken in 5.5.5

Both NO and Yes, It some depending on what you mean with easy. As I  
wrote about select multiple rows. Ok that is possible to write self,  
and it is with all other code.
