Yes that is trivial, but still not for RS?

This is also some new (newer than 2007 R2) ?
It requires a Composite Window because the the "triangle arrows" that  
others have a white square around, if the list-box background is  
colored.

Yes there is a solution for "Customizing Dialog", so why not include  
that?
