It's clear no that I should have got this one:
ftp://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/disks/.55/redhat/updates/5.2/SRPMS/netscape-4.7-
0.src.rpm

and that I'll need to be more selective in the src.rpms I choose in future.

I'm getting the relevant 386.rpms for it; all will be sweetness & harmony 
again soon. Iff it works, of course.
