Hm, I wonder if that is something like the old 8MB bug that haunted
RHL 4.1? I remember that I had to add a line mem=7MB (check the 4.1 errata, if
they stii exist) to get the installation to work on my old 486/DX2/66 w/
8MB... It worked, but it took ages (2 hours for 30MB base installation... - it
was faster to do the rest manually w/ rpm...)
