One point:  linux is in many ways _more_ tolerant of hardware than
NT.  For instance, Linux can run on a wider variety of hardware,
including a lot of older hardware that NT can't handle.

I mentioned Caldera support earlier.  Is there some reason you haven't 
considered purchasing support from them?
