Yes. We are still deciding whether or not (and if so, how) to use Linux, and
we've already overspent the modest budget for this work. Part of the problem is
my having originally thought to use Linux as an RTOS, which would not be
optimal. At this point, I am leaning toward something like RTEMS, and, for
that, fee-based support may be workable.
It ain't over 'cause the fat lady hasn't sung yet.
