The apache that installed on my redhat 4.2 works fine and like where it
put everything (as far as drivespace is concerned)
but ive been trying to install the newer bianary from apaches websight
apache_1.2.4-i486-wha.. ive a a 486 with a 100mhz cpu
icant get this to work: httpd -f /usr/local/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
it always says it cant find file httpd
-- made sure file is named httpd
-- i am root
-- file is execcutable
1)ive put . in my path
2) tried linking and moving httpd into default path
3) tried giving full pathname to httpd
anyone else evr had this problem or are there some strange properties to
this file?
thanks jesse
