Your RH8 box (dns) is not accepting incoming SMTP connections from the
network. When you create the 'MX' record for icesource.com, it should
point to mail.icesource.com. The 'A' record can continue to point to
'dns'.

Create an 'MX' record for icesource.com that points to mail.icesource.com.
Then fix sendmail on the new RH8 box (icesource.com) so that it accepts
incoming SMTP connections and delivers mail correctly. Then add a lower
priority (higher numbered) MX record for icesource.com that points
icesource.com.

And tell your ISP to fix their secondary DNS.

There is already an MX record for mail.icesource.com. I'd love to fix sendmail as you say, but how do you do it? I've tried everything that remotely looks like it might help and nothing seems to work. I am the ISP, what's wrong with my secondary dns?
