That's an open-ended question. Do you want all PC's on the network to go out to the Internet or just share files and resources internally? In simple terms, put a NIC in each machine, give them IP's for a single subnet, plug them all into the switch and you have a home network. If you want them to share files and some of them are Windows machines, install Samba on the Linux box. If you want them to use the Linux machine to access the Internet, setup iptables on the Linux box to crank up NAT.
