i haven't had to do anything to get 128 megs recognized since the 2.1.xx
kernels...

the systems vary... some have been penitum II, some plain old pentium.

the one i'm typing on right now is an old pentium 233, with kernel 2.2.13.
no tweaks to lilo.conf, and the 128 megs is recognized just fine...

is there some trick to all of this that i'm missing? last time i did the
append= thing was around 2.0.35
