If you are looking for a free solution, perhaps Antivirus products aren't the best solution. I use procmail to filter out mail. Anything that comes in with a file attachement ending in .pif/.com/.bat/.scr/.vbs/.exe etc, gets filter to a local folder & the send gets a nice email saying that email was not delivered.
True, it's not the best solution in the world, but it's free, and it does the job....
