If you are looking for a free solution, perhaps Antivirus products
aren't the best solution.  I use procmail to filter out mail.  Anything
that comes in with a file attachement ending in
.pif/.com/.bat/.scr/.vbs/.exe etc, gets filter to a local folder & the
send gets a nice email saying that email was not delivered.

True, it's not the best solution in the world, but it's free, and it
does the job....

That and using pine as my emailer ;)
