That depends on how Windows is resolving the server name. If it is using
the hosts file or DNS, then there should be no problem. But if it is using
a netbios lookup, then you will have that problem.

If you are using the host host name in your browser (http://hostname), try
using the fully qualified domain name instead (http://hostname.domain).
