I have a 350MHz/192MB RAM box running RH72. GNOME runs faster than KDE as long as I use GMC instead of Nautilus. Otherwise they are about the same. Using Nautilus or Konqueror slows things down enough to be painful. I prefer the appearance of GNOME over KDE, I know how to turn off Nautilus, and I don't know how to turn off Konqueror, so I use GNOME w/GMC. Tony -- Anthony E.
