have you tried to remove the bottom plate and take the screws out from the bottom with a pair of needle nose pliers. it worked on mine and I found a set of set screws at mcmaster car 3/4" chrome plate steel 10x32 thread for 5.67. then just clean the threads up with a tap and put the new ones in reassemble and tune it up. I am going to try this if nothing else becomes available.
