okay I read what you directed me to, but it does not say or talk about the
base/repeater bpf/circulator with the six capacitors. what I am asking is
can I tune those six caps with just the rf from my handy talky into it into
a watt meter and dummy load on the bench. or does the unit need to be
powered which means I would have to put back in the station and the power
control board would cover the holes I drilled for the tuning.
