I repeat, with emphasis: 97.3(a)(22) does not grant any statutory authority to a frequency coordinating body to impose any technical standards upon any equipment owned, built, or operated by a duly-licensed amateur radio operator, above and beyond those technical standards already imposed by the FCC.
