I'm not trying to DECODE any packet data. just convert the Peet WX data to packets for the radio to transmit. However, that is NOT what I'm asking, as the APRS portion of the project is out of my hands. My question is only about the interface between the Ultimeter and the CAT-1000. BTW, I emailed Byon a couple of days ago and he said he expects production release of the TT4 at the end of January.
