I wasn't very clear.... What I meant was the amperage to the load from the first ammeter is changed by the presence the unit. Of course, the amperage to the load from the second ammeter is unchanged with or without the device; which goes on to prove the "unit" really doesn't do anything... It sure doesn't save on the motor!
