IMPALA-13074: WRITE TO HDFS node is omitted from Web UI graphic plan
>From now on if a plan fragment's root data sink is a table sink or a
multi data sink, it will be included in the json response and shown on
the Web UI as parent of the plan fragment.
Testing
* tested manually on WebUI with CREATE TABLE .. AS SELECT statements
and UPDATE on Iceberg tables
