I rechecked the latest push. The advertised nested STRING/VARIANT LTZ fixes
and controls are present. I found one separate repeatability gap: a nested
TIME-to-TIMESTAMP_NTZ/LTZ cast still falls through the helper even though Cast
marks it current-date dependent, so an evaluation across midnight can change
membership after the rewrite. I left the concrete case in the review.
