The situation is this:
If you add --replay-gain to the flac command line in EAC, flac will
calculate replay gain for each track individually and store it as Vorbis
Comments in each flac file. However, it will not calculate album replay
gain.
If you want album replay gain as well, you have to post-process all the
album tracks after they have been ripped.
e.g. metaflac --add-replay-gain /your/dir/here/*.flac
