But do I just download the flac2mp3.pl file or should I also download all the ".pm" files from "lib/Audio/", "lib/File", "lib/MP3", "lib/Number" and "lib/Text". Do I also need to download "patches/musicbrainz.patch" or "utils/makerelease.pl"?
Your todo says: "Still falls over with certain characters in filename, e.g. Rock `N' Roll Suicide.flac". Is that now fixed? Where in flac2mp3.pl do I insert switches and what values do you recommend to exact the top quality for the mp3's? I am going to try playing these mp3's from an ipod and output to my mid-range full size stereo system. If these mp3's sound's as good as my flac music, I can also use the same ipod in my auto thru a special pre-amp level input attached to my car radio system.
