I don't think you will be able to do that. The two operating systems are
not compatible. You could get one of the newer Mac Minis with the Intel
processors then buy and load a copy of Windows on the Mac using a free
program from Apple called Boot Camp. This allows you to have each OS in
a separate partition on your Mac hard drive and run whichever one you
want ( There are other programs you can use as well but I think you
have to buy them ) You could then choose which os to use to rip and
store info. For example, If you use EAC to rip files you could then use
the Windows format to read and store files since it doesn't run on Mac
OS computers. I have an older Mac Mini rip using a program called Max
and store on an external drive. I've compared the quality of sound
between Max and EAC using flac files on my system and can't tell the
difference.
