I think you might have an mp3tag misunderstanding; if the tag you want
to use isn't visible in mp3tag, it doesn't mean that it doesn't/can't
exist.  You just have to create it.  When you're in the "Extended Tags"
dialogue just click the "New" symbol and add whatever you like.  For
example, I set ITUNESCOMPILATION=1 which tells iTunes this album is a
comp; I don't know if SC reads this tag (I suspect it does) but as a
backup all my comps are stored...

c:\music\compilations\<<name of album>>\01-track 1.mp3; 02-track 2.mp3
and so on.
