This seems a bit strange to me. If you're going FLAC, you could create your own tag with this information and use the CustomBrowse plugin to access it. If you are using FLAC, there are relatively standard tags for Conductor, Performer, etc. If I were using FLAC, I would probably put Classical Quintet, Baroque Chamber, etc. in Genre.
