... I have hundreds rather than thousands of classical albums but it works well for me. As slimkid says, you may have one or two re-starts or changes of mind. For example, I used to put the Composer at the beginning of every Album name - but now I don't, because I use the MusicInfoScr plugin to display the Composer name separately (and I now have a Transporter with lots of screen real estate to play with). So I would strongly recommend that you capture everything you can think of in a separate tag, EVEN IF SC doesn't use that tag right now or you don't think you want to use that tag right now. Then, if you change your mind about how you want to use ARTIST or ALBUM you can just run a simple command in mp3tag (highly recommended, BTW) to move information from one tag to another on your entire library.
