Hi, I'll buy a Squeezebox and a NAS in a few weeks.
I start encoding all my CDs (> 500). I'd like some advices about : - how to organize the directories/sub-directories on the hard disk - how to name the files - how to tag the files ? Which information must be filled in in the tags ? I want to encode all the files to FLAC format. Are there some non-supported characters ? How would you proceed ? Do you think I need to do a .m3u file for each album ? Before starting the FLAC encoding, I'd like to be sure of the way doing it. As I plan to have approx. 1000 CDs encoded, I want to be sure that the navigation will be easy.
