I also use foobar2k for this.  It works quite well.  It maintains that
tags and allows you to put the files in the appropriate directory based
on the tags - exactly like can do with EAC when ripping CDs.  If you
just want the separate files dumped into the current directory, you can
do that too.

I use the "directory based on tags" feature so I can load a bunch of
disc images at once into foobar2k and have it chew on splitting the
files while I go and do something else.
