Nothing wrong with that. Actually a great idea. A friend of mine just
tags a lot of classical albums, he advised me to be sure to tag
composer, orchestra, conductor, release year plus original year on
classical records, since many would be re-played by other orchestras,
conductors, or re-released in different years (with sometimes VERY
different quality—this being the reason to also store the release year
OR maybe the year of the actual performance).

My oldest title is only 1928, and the »Y2k in reverse« was mainly a
joke ;-)
