Sorry that no one has responded to your question.  I don't really
listen to classical much and don't have a NAS so I'm not much help
here.  Probably one of the best programs for tagging is mp3tag.  It's
free and a fantastic program.  Hopefully this will bump your question
back up and someone with more classical tagging knowledge with pitch
in.  I know it's more difficult than pop or rock so I'd like someone
into classical to help you.
