Some great advice from you guys, thank you... Fantastic post rperkin, you really take your music collection seriously, Time is the culprit for me but I take your advice to take it slowly to save headaches in the long run...
I have all my unsorted albums on a external USB HDD(1TB), hooked up to my Netbook where I sort then after a certain amount, I check them all out before transferring over to the NAS where I have set up 2x1TB drives on raid 1, this also gives me a break while they transfer lol, I am happy with what I am achieving at the moment, once they have finished transferring to the NAS I then check on my SB to see the results, so far so good, I am now trying to add MP3 Audio Books into the equation, I would like a folder <Audiobooks>: <Author> - <(Year)>/<Title>: <Title> - <Track#> I have already tried this on my NAS - Qmultimeadia/music folder but the audiobook folder does not show for some reason, the authors show up under artists but then I am wondering how I can start back listening from the previous listen without going back to the beginning of the track... Just downloaded ACC (Album Catalog Creator), will have a play about with it, cheers...
