Thanks everyone. First I'm trying a rerun with the latest flac2mp3 script as linked above.
Then I'll see what the new error log I've included in that re-run looks like. Then, if need be, I'll create a new folder with some of what I know are the faulty Flacs and try a fresh transcode of them to a temporary destination, with error logs enabled.
