Quick immediate follow up..... By chance, as soon as I typed the message above I put up my running script - and it just happened to be transcoding the very first folder where I'd seen 2 ERROR messages regarding the first 2 files in the 5-file folder (Philip Glass's Dances 1-5, for the record). And this time - no ERROR messages at all, even though it's telling me it did a forced re-transcode.
