Please file a bug and attach a file. If you are using crazy high bitrates with Vorbis you might as well just use FLAC. Have you ABX'ed to determine if you really need that high? We do support Q10 with the reference encoder, but I don't know if it will be possible to support 3rd party encoders that do strange things like that.
