No, Only Tom Petty is recognised in the Artist list, effectively ALbumArtist takes priority. Note AlbumArtistSort is relatively new (7.4 or 7.4.1 but check release notes, if that's critical). You can get the Heartbreakers albums to show in the Artist list as well, if you add them to the Band tag (with TPE2 = Band setting if you're using mp3) and setting the Band included in Artists option.
