I think about the closest you'll find is this guy:
http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/SlimServerSupportedTags

That will tell you the SUPPORTED tags, but . . as for HOW your tags
should be laid out . . . . still a lot of personal preference in that I
think.

I can only attest to how *I* tag my stuff, and it seems to work for
me.

ALBUM
ARTIST
TITLE
YEAR
TRACK
GENRE
COMMENT
DISCNUMBER
ARTISTSORT
ALBUMSORT
ALBUMARTIST
ALBUMARTISTSORT
REPLAYGAIN (all applicable tags)
COMPILATION

With all those tags, and then laid out how I outlined in my posts
above, that's given me acceptable enough results.

About the only thing that I do that isn't quite standard (as far as
proper FLAC tagging goes), is using the Squeezebox delimiter of ";" if
I've got multiple artists for a song or album, instead of creating
multiple ARTIST tags for example . . . because to the best of my
knowledge, its still unpredictable as to whether the Server properly
associates which sorting tag belongs to the main tag. So, for all this,
I might have an example like:

ALBUM = Sheryl Crow And Friends: Live From Central Park
ARTIST = Sheryl Crow;Eric Clapton
TITLE = White Room
YEAR = 1999
TRACK = 12
GENRE = Rock;Live
COMMENT = Recorded Live In Central Park on September 14, 1999
DISCNUMBER =
ARTISTSORT = Crow, Sheryl;Clapton, Eric
ALBUMSORT = Crow, Sheryl And Friends: Live From Central Park
ALBUMARTIST = Sheryl Crow
ALBUMARTISTSORT = Crow, Sheryl
REPLAYGAIN (all applicable tags)
COMPILATION = 0

Of course, your mileage may vary, and especially as we've seen in this
thread, and others, usage of the COMPILATION and ALBUMARTIST tags can
really change your experience.

Hope one man's opinion helps anyway.
