Well...
1) If your drive does caching, You DO want the caching option enabled.
If this option is NOT checked and your drive DOES cache, then the cache
contents will be repeatedly re-read instead of the physical disc.

2) You do want Accurate Stream checked if your drive supports it
3) You do want C2 detection checked.

It's best to use the drive detection features and go with that...
