Well... 1) If your drive does caching, You DO want the caching option enabled. If this option is NOT checked and your drive DOES cache, then the cache contents will be repeatedly re-read instead of the physical disc. 2) You do want Accurate Stream checked if your drive supports it 3) You do want C2 detection checked.
