Most has already been said and I agree. I use dBpowerAmp for FLAC ripping and I am very satisfied. If its not to many CDs or you have free time on weekends, I would re-rip the CDs to FLAC. I to have an iPhone. There is a program inside of dBpowerAmp that allows one to convert file types. So I convert FLAC to 320 or 256Kbps MP3 for use on the iPhone. I don't convert everything, just the songs I want on the iPhone. I keep them in a separate directory on a separate drive.
