In Release Notes, la sectiunea "2.1. What's new in the distribution?" scrie,

Nu scrie nicaieri ce inteleg ei prin "safer decisions" deci nu pot trage o 
concluzie clara. Dar din citatul pe care l-am dat eu si cel pe care l-ai dat 
tu tind sa cred ca pentru ei "safer decisions" ~=~ "better dependency 
resolution".
