The speaker should say what format they'd like, otherwise I think an open forum works best. There are some people who need to be LART'd when they keep dragging on the talk. How about a "let's move on" system if we have an open forum? And I don't mind tangents. I think they are healthy for the discussion and the group. We have ideas that are almost always interesting to listen to and share, but like I said, we just need some nurf guns to shoot people when it is time for us to move on in the talk.
