I moderate during Q&A, but there usually is little need to move on. As for
when someone is presenting, I don't think there is a need to step in to
say to move on in most cases, the speaker is the one directing topic at
that point. I just stop people from running until 10pm with their talk.

I really don't have many complains about tangents, but if someone does
they should speak up or put up.
